[Resolved] Inbound Call Issues and US-Central Outage

We are aware of and identified an issue with our US Central datacenter, and allow affecting some inbound numbers. We've re-routed all our traffic away from US Central, and mitigating Inbound issue now.

We continue to monitor this and are mitigating the remaining number inbound impacted. Outbound and all other features are working as expected. We apologize for this unusual event.

Our inbound issue has been resolved, and we're going to continue to investigate both root causes. At this time, all services are working as expected-- but if you do have any issues, please call us at 844-404-smpl or email Chat support is also available at in the bottom right corner.

While monitoring we did get reports that not all phone we're ringing as expected. We've identified that cause and implemented a fix already. At this time, all services are restored and operational. We sincerely apologize, and have many items from these incidents that we're working on to prevent again.
