Our team has been "all hands on deck" for the customers who reported this trouble today. After an exhaustive review, we've identified an issue in some Grandstream phones that caused an intermitted call quality issue. The confirmed trouble included "popping sounds", "audio distortion", and "short audio drops" on only one end of a call. We've engaged Grandstream (the manufacturer), and have identified a "Jitter" setting in various models that when changed improved or resolved the issues.

We value call quality to be just as vital as good customer service and will be reaching out to all customers who reported the trouble for assistance in updating their phone settings.
