We're be conducting maintenance for customers using Simple Phone Legacy single-line services systems that are not yet upgraded to SwitchBoard. Hosted Phone and all other services are included in this. Our Customer Support team has emailed customers regarding this special maintenance, and will continue to share updates directly with those customers that are on systems included in this maintenance. During the window of time, we expect there to be a brief period of 2 to 5 minutes where calls may drop or not complete while a migration is being completed. We'll monitor the progress of this as it occurs, and continue to work closely with any customer impacted directly. If you did not receive an email about this, your Simple Phone services are not a part of this special maintenance.
