The underlying carrier is continuing to work and improve. We are seeing intermittent call failures inbound, and 100% normal calling for outbound calls. We recommend for critical calls that come in while this is occurring, offer to call them back which will prevent any impact from this carrier issue as we have stopped outbound calls to them. More to come shortly.

We are currently seeing Inbound Calling issues at this time. Our underlying carrier is aware and has identified the cause. Their team is engaged and working to stabilize the issue, and our team is in contact and monitoring with them. Outbound calling and all other services are not impacted at this time.
