Email Support Request Delays (AWS/Zendesk Outage)

Our friends at Zendesk and StatusPage.io are now reporting resolution, and our internal tests are showing that emails inbound are processing as expected. Amazon is reporting AWS's issue now resolved as well. Our Voice Platform and calling was not impacted by this at anytime.

We know we aren't breaking any news here, but we wanted to confirm that some of the systems we use to support our customers have experienced some trouble today. Much like Netflix and many, many others.

AWS (Amazon Web Services) provides cloud solutions to many popular services, however we do not directly use AWS ourselves to power our Voice Platform. However, our support vendor Zendesk and StatusPage.io do. At present, customers may experience delays in emails to and from our Help Center. Slowness in loading our Status page has been resolved with this as well. Zendesk is still reporting delays in email processing. Many other services are reporting recovery across the internet and we'll continue to monitor this for our customers.
