We've received updates from our Network Operations teams and Carrier teams that issue is now fully resolved. The issue was related to major network outage with Level3, a major North American primary carrier for providers. They are reporting restored services at normal levels. This mornings issue impacted Toll-Free numbers only, and we'll continue to monitor. If you are experiencing any trouble, please contact us anytime.

We're continuing to monitor this issue. At this time, our teams have confirmed the issue are being caused by a major nationwide carrier, and efforts are underway to mitigate and resolve it right away. We'll continue to update as we learn more.

One of our primary carriers is currently experiencing an inbound issue with incoming Toll-Free numbers, effecting multiple customers. This issue is not on our network, but is impacting our customers who's numbers route through them to us. We've been in direct contact with the carrier provider's Network Operations team regarding the issue, and have been told they are presently working to resolve it. Our initial testing has found a limited number of customers impacted, including our own 844-4-Simple number at this time. Our local number 949-682-5900 is working, and our teams are all hands on deck to help customers at this time.
