The development team identified the systems that were causing the trouble and were able to restart services to resolve the trouble. We've contact each customer to retest and have confirmed the trouble has since been resolved.

Our development teams are continuing to investigate a few reports of trouble regarding call features, time of day, and portal access. Users previously had issues loading our portal should find this to be corrected, and we're continuing to test any report of trouble.

The team has received reports from some customers that are experiencing trouble logging into the Voice Platform and/or running into error messages when navigating features in Voice Platform.
