We've observed normal network metrics since our opening of this incident, and engineers with our Underlying Carrier has told us they are too and investigating the root cause. We'll close this for now and continue to monitor. Have a great weekend!

Our network team has seen a few periods of inbound calling failures. The issue has been identified to an "upstream" underlying carrier. The carrier has updates that they identified the cause and have already implemented a fix.
