Upon further review with our Dev Team, we've identified and temporarily removed our US-Central data center from our network. This change was seamless and did not impact any services.

Earlier today a small number of customers reported limited trouble with inbound calls routed through our Central data center. We've scheduled an emergency maintenance tonight to resolve the underlying trouble.

During this window, no services will be impacted. If you have any trouble or questions at all, please contact us at 844-4-Simple or help@simplephoneco.com anytime.

Some of our customers have reported trouble receiving calls and are receiving "recoveryontimer_expire" errors in the Call Logs.

Our development team is looking into this and believe the issue is isolated to our Central data center. We've implemented additional failover measures to help resolve and the trouble should clear up after a quick reboot of any registered device.

If your still experiencing trouble receiving calls after a reboot - please contact our support team at help@simplephoneco.com or 844-4-Simple.
