As many have shared or noticed, today has been a difficult day for many web services like Twitter, Amazon, and many many others. Simple Phone Company does not use DYN for DNS, the provider experiencing the issues today, however some of our vendors do. At present, only our Help Center has experienced trouble loading and slowness due to the issue. We've reached out to our vendor Zendesk, and they are currently looking to make changes that will improve the stability of our Help Center. Moving forward, we will continue to monitor today's incidents very closely and take any necessary actions needed to respond. If you have any questions or experience any trouble, please feel free to contact us anytime.
