Zendesk has updated their status system as resolved, and we're seeing our support system return to normal. Requests for new support may be slightly delayed as we work though tickets and requests.

Our Help Center portal and support management system, powered by Zendesk, is experiencing a known wide-spread issue. Our customers may have trouble visiting our Help Center, submitting new requests, and our support staff is on-hold responded to existing support requests. As this issue is limited to our support system, no services or systems are effected by this issue, and we're continuing to monitor their progress.
