Our underlying carrier partner for inbound (only) calling is seeing a regression of an earlier issue, and working on a resolution. All teams are engaged and if you have any questions our customer support is available at help@smpl.co at 805-500-7675. Support calls or SMS to support are not impacted by this issue, and all other services remain impacted.

We've observed normal calling and connectivity for Inbound, Messaging, and Wireless Data since 1125am PST. We've estimated that Inbound calling issues were intermittent for most, and apologize for the Monday trouble. All teams remain engaged, and will report and additional details.

Our partner and underly carrier has identified the root cause as an intentional DDoS attack. This is causing issues with inbound calling and numbers. Our network is not impacted directly. We trust that they have the best resources for and why it's been more intermittent than down. Progress and communication is being monitored with them in real-time. We'll update again shortly. Our network team is seeing elevated issues and errors on inbound calls, and quality of some calls inbound. We are are seeing Wireless data connectivity. Our teams are fully engaged and working with the underlying carriers experiencing current issues.
