Outbound Calling Trouble for Limited Legacy Customers

We've identified and resolved a brief period of trouble between 1150p and 12p (Pacific) where some legacy customers using Simple Line or Hosted Legacy Server may have had trouble making outbound calls during that 10 minute window. This did not effect any other customers or services. A failover system alerted our team of trouble, and we quickly worked to mitigate the issue. We're continuing to monitor, and please contact us if you are experiencing any trouble at all.
