With further review, our team has identified and confirmed an issue with upstream provider Bandwidth Communications. They are working to resolve the issue, and we're making routing changes to prevent calls from connecting through thier effected data centers. This will minimize any further trouble until resolution.

We've received reports that some customers have experienced poor call quality this morning. Our team believes there may be an upstream provider issue in one of our data centers, and we've removed that data center to minimize any affected customers. We'll continue to monitor and review, and if you experience any trouble at all, please contact our support team at 844-4-Simple or help@simplephoneco.com.
